As media outlets continue to test against traditional models, most must navigate the trial-and-error process in search of an answer. The Nieman Lab posted a follow-up to a series of blog entries by Talking Points Memo, which asked its readers to speak to the viability of a membership model—not a pay-wall, but a model offering additional features to truly devoted readers on top of the outlet’s typical content.
